Prizes

Prizes

    • Winners will be sent out via e-mail and are also available on the Broadmoor Men's Golf Club website.

    • The Men's Club strives to send the results out Wednesday night, however, there may be instances where this is not possible.

    • While the Men's Club strives to make no errors, errors will occur. However, once the results have been sent to the pro-shop, they are official and will only change at the discretion of the Men's Club Executive.

    • Members of the Men's Club Executive, GolfWright Sales, and the County of Strathcona are not personally responsible for any errors in the prizes, either weekly or tournament.

Gift Certificates

    • All gift certificates are rounded to the nearest dollar.

    • Gift certificates are issued by Golf Wright Sales, which is owned by the Broadmoor Public Golf Course Executive Pro Trent Wright not by the Men's Club.

    • The gift certificates expire on December 24th of the year they were issued.

    • Gift certificates are only valid for pro-shop merchandise, like clothing, balls, shoes, clubs, etc.

    • Gift certificates cannot be used for green fees, cart rentals, or range balls.

    • If you lose a gift certificate, it cannot be replaced so treat them like cash! The Men's Club is not responsible for these gift certificates.

    • All prizes can be collected the following Wednesday from the starter.

    • The minimum gift certificate awarded will be $10.

    • The maximum gift certificate prize for deuce holes is $100.

Cash

    • All prizes can be collected the following Wednesday from the starter.

    • The minimum cash prize awarded will be $10.

    • The maximum cash prize for skins is capped at $100.

Order of Merit

    • All cash and gift certificate prizes won (both weekly and tournament) are tracked and the player who wins the most during the year will be crowned the point leader.

    • Tournament birdie board winnings no longer count towards the Order of Merit.

    • Random draw prizes, door prizes and 50/50 winnings do not count for the Order of Merit.

    • Points are assigned one point per dollar won.

Hole-In-One Insurance

    • If you make a hole-in-one on Men’s Night or during a Men’s Club tournament, you will receive a $200 “insurance” towards your clubhouse tab.

    • It does not matter if your hole-in-one occurs on the front or back nine, only that it occurs during Men’s Night or a Men’s Club tournament.

    • The insurance is only valid in the clubhouse bar. If you spend less than $200, you will receive less than $200. If you spend more, you are responsible for the overage.

    • Save your receipt from the clubhouse bar and arrange for someone from the Men’s Club Executive to pick it up.
