Tee Times and Ballots

Ballots

Tee times ballots are submitted on-line using our electronic ballot. Ballots must be submitted by Friday (at approximately 6:00) for the following week's men's night Wednesday. The ballots include the following information.

    • Names of all the players in your group (you will not be split from your group), up to a maximum of 5.

    • Your preferred tee time.

    • Your preferred ranges of tee times (in half-hour blocks) in case your preferred tee time is not available.

    • Any special caveats (i.e., if you want to play back-to-back with another group).

    • You can enter as a single.

In order to determine if you have a ballot for the next Men's Night, you can check the link below to see if your name is on it. Note that it can take up to 5 minutes after you have submitted your ballot for your name to show up on this list.

Tee Times

Tee times are then assigned by the pro-shop.

    • Tee times are assigned based on a random draw.

    • Assigned tee times are e-mailed to the club members the Monday before men's night Wednesday (at the latest).

    • The week's gamesheet (which includes that week's game, KP, and deuce holes) and handicaps will also be sent out with the tee times.

    • Changes to tee times can be made by by calling the pro-shop (prior to Wednesday), via Chronogolf, or the starter (on Wednesday afternoon).

Guests

    • Guests are not allowed to participate in the Men’s Club tournaments, except for the year end Freeze Your Butt tournament.

    • Guests are allowed to play Wednesdays. However, guests do not pay the $10 entry fee and are not allowed to claim any KPs, deuces, skins or game prizes.

    • Guests are discouraged from playing during prime times (i.e., approximately 3:45 to 5:00). However, they may be allowed to play if they do not bump a Men’s Club member. What is considered prime time changes throughout the year based on demand for tee times.

    • If a group has a guest and their ballot is outside of prime times, if their assigned tee time is pressed into prime time, then the guest will be allowed to play during prime time.

    • Guests are limited a maximum of 3 visits per year. If a guest is assigned a spot via a ballot or by the pro-shop on the tee sheet but does not participate that week, that still counts as one of their 3 visits.

    • Guests must be 18 or older.

    • Wives or girlfriends may not be included as guests.
