In order for your scores to be accepted, your group must follow these rules!
The scores of members who play without any other members in their group or who play by themselves will not be accepted.
Scores from rounds played prior to Men's Night starting or after it has ended are not acceptable.
Members who do not pay their $10 weekly entry fee are not eligible for prizes.
The $10 entry fee is, generally speaking, not refundable. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the starter.
It is recommended, but not required, to submit one scorecard per group.
Use a Broadmoor scorecard, preferably the latest one, though older ones will be accepted. Non-Broadmoor scorecards will NOT be accepted!
Have everyone’s first name and last name on the scorecard.
Record your gross score for each hole.
Total your gross score on the scorecard before turning it in. This aids the scorekeeper in verifying the scores.
All scorecards should record the group's starting and finishing time.
Enter your gross scores in the Men's Club computer (in the pro-shop) and leave your scorecard. If you are playing 18 holes and entering your scores would cause a delay on the 10th tee, please wait until you are done #18 before entering your scores.
Not leaving your scorecard in the pro-shop could result in a disqualification of your score.
When filling in KP cards, use centimeters and fill in your first and last name on the sheet.
In order for your score to count, you must play at least 7 of the 9 holes.
