Men's Club emails are sent via MailChimp.com. If you are using a company email address to receive Men's Club e-mails, please be aware that some organization's email filters will filter MailChimp emails as suspicious emails and not forward them to you.
If you have a personal email address (i.e., @shaw.ca, @telus.net, @icloud.com, @gmail.com, etc.), the first place to look is in your Junk, Spam or Trash folder to see if the emails are being sent there instead of your inbox.
